Today I want to share with you all one of my FAVORITE abs workouts!
It’s the Sunkissed Abs workout from the lovely Tone It Up ladies. ;)
It’s a circuit of 13 moves with 10–20 reps for each move. Repeat the whole circuit a total of 1 – 3 times.
It gets the abdominal muscles in ALL the right places & it’s super FUN to do too!!

After you’re done, make sure to STRETCH out the abdominals!!
A great way to stretch is with cobra pose…
Lie on your belly & bring your hands face down on the ground underneath your shoulders. Keep the elbows in along side your body as you press into your hands & lift up through the chest. Relax your shoulders down your back and away from your ears. Lift as high as you’d like while keeping the elbows in, shoulders relaxed, hips & legs pressed against the ground. BREATHE & feel the abs strrrreeetttcchhhh out! Mmmmmm!
You can do all the abs exercises you want, but if you don’t eat a healthy diet & don’t do any cardio, it won’t help much! Eating clean, wholesome foods is most important! And you need cardio to blast the fat away that covers the beautiful, lean muscles you’re building & toning with abs exercises like these!
I suggest adding on 30 – 60 minutes of cardio in addition to the Sunkissed Abs workout. Go for a 30 minute run or a 60 minute walk or an HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout! It can really be anything you choose to get your body moving, heart pumping & sweat flowing!
